- Do you Price-Match?
Yes! Our prices are guaranteed the lowest in North America. We will match the current price of any item in our stock that is offered in the same condition from any authorized dealer advertised online or in print.
- What is your Return Policy?
You may return unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase to recieve its full amount in store-credit, or exchange for items of a greater value and pay the difference in price.
- Can you Install and Configure my Audio Setup?
Yes! Our skilled technicians will install or configure your Audio System at an affordable price that will be quoted based on the size and complexity of your setup.
- Do you rent equipment
We do not rent our equipment. With that in mind, you can be assured that all our merchandise has not been rented or used previously. Also, with our low prices, you will find that purchasing brand new equipment will be more affordable for you in the long run.
- Do you repair equipment?
The majority of our merchandise has an included Manufacturer Warranty, and any product defects will be repaired for you free of charge within the warrantee period. Repairs are not done in-store, but are offered by designated repair shops authorised by each manufacturer.
- Do you accept equipment trade-ins?
Yes! Current items or rare items in great condition can be considered for trade towards your purchase. Bring your equipment to the store to get a quote on it's value.
- Can you ship equipment to my house?
Yes! Shipping or equipment delivery can be arranged for you. Necessary shipping costs will apply.
- I don't see the item I want on your website. Can I still get it?
Yes! Any item that is currently available from the many brands that we carry can be brought in for you at no extra cost. Come in to the store to place your order.
